It is convenient and always available. Should you be looking for an item you do not find on our site you can send us an email inquiry or call and perhaps we can help locate what you are looking for. Back Orders - and - MUST HAVE ON A SPECIFIC DATE ORDERS On occasion one or more of the items you purchase may be out of stock and be placed on back order. The back ordered item(s) will be indicated on your invoice copy. We will fill your back order as quickly as possible. If there are items you need that you absolutely must have and must have by a specific date it will be necessary for you to place your order by phone. This will allow us to give a confirmation that what you want is indeed in stock and can ship out. As you can imagine it is not likely that any company will have all items in stock all the time. So, if you need items and they need to be delivered by a specific date - you must place the order by phone (calling us during regular business hours and speaking to us in person). We will do our best to meet your expectations. Please remember that you will need to need calculate for the shipping transit time. Re-Order Status Items ordered which may not be in stock for an extended period of time may be marked as Re-Order. In this case it will be necessary to re-order that item again at a later date. Payment Terms Payment for your order may be made by Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. For orders placed by US Mail a check or money order, payable in U.S. funds drawn on a U.S. bank must accompany each order Add 8.25% sales tax on orders purchased by or shipped to any Texas address. Canadian and International orders MUST pay by Visa or MasterCard - Discover Card is NOT accepted for International Orders. We do not accept COD Orders. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. There is a $45 fee on any NSF returned check. Return Policy You have up to 7 days after the receipt of your order to phone or email for a "Return Authorization" (except strings once installed). Once you have been issued a "Return Authorization" your order must be received at our warehouse within 10 days from that point. Any orders received more than 14 days after the issue of a "Return Authorization" are eligible for store credit only. We are not obligated to accept any return authorized or otherwise after the 14 day period has expired. Only after our inspection of an authorized return, it will be determine if it qualifies for refund, store credit or exchange. All items returned are subject to a minimum $10.00 restocking fee per item. Some products become personalized after use and are not returnable. Instrument strings may not be returned if opened and / or after being installed. We do not refund shipping charges for items you return - the full cost of returning and packaging them is at your expense. Products returned to us without our prior return authorization will be refused. An authorized return item MUST be received in like-new condition. This includes all original and undamaged product packaging, etc. Package your return securely to prevent damage. We also suggest you insure your return for it's appropriate value for your protection. On an enclosed note please reference your Order Number / Invoice Number and write a brief description about the return. Please indicate the "Return Authorization" number you received on the outside of you package. Package Return Due to Incorrect Address or Non Pick Up at an Access Point It is your responsibility to provide an accurate and correct shipping address - therefore if an order is returned because it is not deliverable, you are responsible to cover the shipping charges (both to and from) even if you have received a free shipping offer. If the delivery company (UPS, FedEx makes and attempt to deliver your order and you there is no one to accept it followed by the delivery company choosing to forward your package to a local "Access Point" it is your responsibility to go to that Access Point and pick up the package. You will be responsible for the shipping charges (to and from) along with the restocking. International Orders Most international orders can ship via First Class International Mail if they are under 4 lbs. It is typical in most cases that our website shipping calculator will over estimate the shipping cost for foreign orders. Please know that we will adjust the shipping to be in line with actual cost on each foreign order and you will be fairly charged. Packages will each have a unique customs/tracking number. Orders can only be fully tracked step by step if they are sent by Express International Mail. The customer must bear the loss if an International Order is lost or damaged - unless you ask for and pay for Insurance Coverage (which is not available in all countries). Shortages, damaged items or defective items must be reported within 3 business days of receiving your order. Limits and Exclusions ANY WARRANTIES ON THE PRODUCTS SOLD HEREBY ARE THOSE MADE BY THE MANUFACTURER. THE SELLER HEREBY EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND SELLER NEITHER ASSUMES NOR AUTHORIZES ANY OTHER PERSON TO ASSUME FOR IT ANY LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF SAID PRODUCTS.
