Monday to Thursday before 12 PM
Online orders placed and received before Noon (Monday through Thursday) schedule to ship out the following business day.
Thursday after 12 PM to Saturday before 12 PM
Online orders placed and received after Noon on Thursday through Noon on Saturday schedule to ship on Monday.
Saturday after 12 PM thru Sunday
Online orders placed and received Saturday after Noon and anytime on Sunday will process on Monday and be scheduled to ship out on Tuesday.
This schedule applies to all orders. Holidays, severe weather, days we are closed and interruption in service by transportation carriers can affect scheduled delivery times. A small handling charge is added to all methods of shipping. The display of any item on our website is not a guarantee that it is in stock at the time the order is placed. Some items may be back ordered and then shipped to you as soon as possible. (We do not back order items for International Shipments). Some items in our store are drop shipped from other locations.
Our real-time web shipping system calculates the shipping / handling charges on your order based on the weight, size and the destination it is being shipped to. You now have the convenience of selecting how to send your order, by UPS or USPS, and knowing what the charges will be! Simply add items to your shopping cart as usual, then during the checkout you will have the option to choose which carrier you want (UPS or USPS) and the speed of service associated with that carrier.
Many companies offer "Free Shipping" and in some cases we do too. We charge a competitive price for our products and a reasonable shipping / handling charge which assures you that we are taking every effort to ship your order properly.
*Any order that receives a Free Shipping offer may be sent by UPS ground or USPS ground service at our discretion.
If you are shipping an order or multiple orders to multiple locations, additional shipping charges will be incurred. If and when you place an order that qualifies for "Free Shipping" it will only cover the shipping of your order to a single location in one shipment. If multiple locations are requested for an order with "Free Shipping" you will be charged for each additional location plus a service fee.
Saturday and Sunday are not business days and thus do not count as "shipping days". When ordering express services such as Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select you must exclude Saturday and Sunday to calculate the arrival date of your package. Saturday and Sunday are not delivery business days. We do not offer Saturday or Sunday delivery through our website.
MUST HAVE ON A SPECIFIC DATE ORDERS
If there are items you need that you absolutely must have and must have by a specific date it will be necessary for you to place your order by phone. This will allow us to give a confirmation that what you want is indeed in stock and can ship out. As you can imagine it is not likely that any company will have all items in stock all the time. So, if you need items and they need to be delivered by a specific date - you must place the order by phone (calling us during regular business hours and speaking to us in person). We will do our best to meet your expectations. Please remember that you will need to need calculate for the shipping transit time.
Our loyal international customers know how reasonable we are about shipping / handling charges. Our website estimates the shipping / handling charges to ship your order to you by US Mail (USPS). Because there are so many variables when dealing with international mail - an estimate is very helpful but not as accurate as we would like. Therefore all International Orders receive special attention and shipping reimbursements are made should you be charged more than you should have been.
If you are outside the USA we encourage you to place your order and choose the level of service you desire. Usually be able to choose from Express Mail, Priority International Mail and First Class International Mail. Our shipping system calculates your order based on weight and size of your order and may limit the choices of service because of restrictions that vary from country to country. As a general rule most order under 4 pounds can ship by First Class International which is less costly. And as a general rule when an order is over 4 pound it must ship by Priority International mail. There are numerous variables through the mail and they all differ from country to country.
It is our desire to charge you for shipping / handling as close to the real shipping charge as possible We do add on a few dollars to compensate for the packing material and our time. You can rest assured that it is our goal to charge you a reasonable fee for the overall shipping / handling experience. Our regular customers know this and know they can trust us!
Orders with a destination outside the USA are typically sent by USPS Insured Mail. Insurance on packages is not available to all countries. If a package becomes lost or damaged and could not be insured, the customers bears the loss. In accordance with the law, we declare to customs the contents and value of each package. Duties or tariffs on packages vary for each country. Payment for orders to be shipped outside the USA must be paid for by Visa or MasterCard. Payment by Discover Card is NOT accepted for International orders. We do not back-order items for orders that ship to locations outside the USA.
