|Has my order shipped?|
When orders ship:
Monday to Thursday before 12 PM
Thursday after 12 PM to Saturday before 12 PM
Saturday after 12 PM thru Sunday
This schedule applies to all orders. Holidays, severe weather, days we are closed and interruption in service by transportation carriers can affect scheduled delivery times. A small handling charge is added to all methods of shipping. Shipping charges are subject to change without notice. The display of any item on our website is not a guarantee that it is in stock at the time the order is placed. Some items may be back ordered and then shipped to you as soon as possible. (We do not back order items for international shipments). Some items in our store are drop shipped from other locations.Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.
|How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?|
|Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to view orders you have placed. Then click the "Change quantities / cancel orders" link to find and edit your order. Please note that once an order has begun processing or has shipped, the order is no longer editable.|
|An item is missing from my shipment.|
|On occasion, orders are shipped partial, so it is possible that one or more of the items has been placed on back order. It should be indicated on your enclosed invoice if items are on back order.
|When will my backorder arrive?|
|Backordered items take top priority and are filled before regular daily orders. Feel free to contact us if you have further questions about your back order.
