The design concept for the FoamaCELLO™ has been a long time coming under the numerous request from Suzuki teachers. After many variations we have finally completed a "faux" instrument that meets all the right requirements. Suzuki teachers know how important it is to present a pre-twinkle instrument to the student at the beginning. There is nothing else like this on the market. It features a neck, fingerboard, bridge, endpin and bow with a similar size and feel to a real 1/10 size student cello.

The (hairless) bow can be placed on the bridge in such a way that young student can learn proper bowing techniques right from the beginning. A "screw in" wooden dowel terminated with a rubber stop is used for the endpin. For endpin adjustment the teacher or parent can simply cut the dowel to the the desired length and you are good to go.

The FoamaCELLO™ is shipped with the endpin removed to make for a smaller shipping package. It is perfect for your pre-twinkle 1/10th size cello students before they graduate to a "real" instrument.
