Shipping and Returns
What does "Drop Ship" mean?
  When an items is "drop shipped" it is sent directly from another location - usually as single item by itself. For example, if your order included a piano bench it would be shipped directly from the US importer or manufacturer. If there were additional items on your order, they would ship separately from our warehouse. While the majority of the items we sell are shipped directly from our warehouse in Texas, there are a few select items that we do not stock (or may not have in stock at that time) which are "drop shipped" to you.
How do I return an item?

You have up to 7 days after the receipt of your order to phone or email for a "Return Authorization" (except strings once installed). Once you have been issued a "Return Authorization" your order must be received at our warehouse within 10 days from that point. Any orders received more than 14 days after the issue of a "Return Authorization" are eligible for store credit only. We are not obligated to accept any return authorized or otherwise after the 14 day period has expired. Only after our inspection of an authorized return, it will be determine if it qualifies for refund, store credit or exchange.
All items returned are subject to a minimum $10.00 restocking fee per item. Some products become personalized after use and are not returnable. Instrument strings may not be returned if opened and / or after being installed. We do not refund shipping charges for items you return - the full cost of returning and packaging them is at your expense.
Products returned to us without our prior return authorization will be refused. An authorized return item MUST be received in like-new condition. This includes all original and undamaged product packaging, etc. Package your return securely to prevent damage. We also suggest you insure your return for it's appropriate value for your protection. On an enclosed note please reference your Order Number / Invoice Number and write a brief description about the return. Please indicate the "Return Authorization" number you received on the outside of you package.
